On The Job Injuries, Inc., are authorized by the Department of Labor & Industries and the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals to provide representation for Injured Workers with State of Washington worker's compensation claims as Lay Representatives.

About Us

Eva Watson, Owner and Lay Representative has worked with the company for nearly 18 years when she first started as a legal assistant, transiting to a paralegal helping handle the caseload for On The Job Injuries. She is very knowledgeable and has significant experience both with claims at the Department level and through mediation at the BIIA. She gives extra attention to detail which makes her very successful at what she does. Her compassion and understanding of the L&I systems provide her clients with the peace of mind of knowing that they can focus their energy on healing while the office handles the ins and outs of each client's complex claims.

Natalie Drennon is a paralegal and has been working with On The Job Injuries, Inc., since 2021. She has a passion for workers' rights and workers compensation. She is compassionate and very detail oriented. She is always willing to go the extra mile for clients.
